Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.
Additionally contained in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
More images released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
